Bio

Donovan Fannon is a New Orleans-based editorial and nightlife/street photographer. His background includes extensive work in design and is a veteran DJ in the local "Bass" music scene. He was introduced to the medium at NOCCA (New Orleans Center for Creative Art) in the early 90s by photographer Jackson Hill. After years away from the viewfinder, he rediscovered his camera-fueled passion in 2006, while trying to integrate his three loves (DJing, print design, and photography) into a hybrid creative endeavor. Donovan has been published in various magazines, newspapers, and websites, including Tiger Weekly, Antigravity, XLR8R, Time Out Chicago, SubSynthesis, and others.
